With over 25 years commercial experience, Nick has a varied background in developing and growing businesses that compete on the global stage.
After graduating from university, Nick held technical and management roles in logistics, including spending 2 and a half years as an Operational Consultant to organisations in Africa, Asia and Europe.
A career change in 1997 saw Nick work within healthcare facilities. It was from this experience that in 2002 he founded his software and services company Emendo Limited, an international market leader in healthcare capacity planning using predictive analytics. Emendo was sold to Fortune 15 company McKesson Corporation in 2012.
Since exiting Emendo, Nick remains heavily involved in the NZ and international Hi Tech space, through investment in software businesses, advisory roles and the development of Sell More Tech, a venture helping tech companies grow through more effective selling.
Additionally, he mentors a number of individuals, businesses and business bodies, and has chaired a major health industry charity.
Nick enjoys travelling with his family, trail running, playing golf badly and partaking in a nice craft beer afterwards.
